These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the UW99 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using uw99, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

All transactions are processed in MYR via verified Malaysian payment channels. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification and compliance with our anti-money laundering policy.

Access to and use of the uw99 platform is strictly restricted. By creating an Account, you confirm that you meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times while maintaining an active Account:
UW99 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend any Account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily verified, without being required to provide justification. Such decisions are made at UW99's sole discretion.
To access the full range of services available on uw99, you must register an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.
UW99 permits one Account per person. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of all balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person. UW99 will never request your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, WhatsApp, or telephone.
You must notify UW99 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. Pending our investigation, we may temporarily suspend your Account to prevent further unauthorised activity. UW99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access that occurred prior to notification.
All Members are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing their first withdrawal. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent) and proof of the payment method used for deposits. UW99 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage as required by our AML compliance obligations.
UW99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT TRC20, and BNB (BSC). All account balances and transaction amounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), with cryptocurrency deposits converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing rate at time of confirmation.
The minimum single deposit amount is RM30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Member tier. All deposited funds must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will trigger an AML review. UW99 reserves the right to return deposits to their source and suspend the relevant Account pending investigation.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum single withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are typically processed within the following timeframes: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX within 5–15 minutes; direct bank transfer within 15–60 minutes. These are indicative timeframes and may be subject to variation during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
UW99 does not charge internal processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, Members should be aware that their payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, particularly for cryptocurrency network gas fees, which are the Member's responsibility.
UW99 is committed to maintaining full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. We reserve the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any withdrawal request where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the funds involved are the proceeds of unlawful activity. In such circumstances, UW99 may be obligated to file a suspicious transaction report with the relevant regulatory authority without notifying the Member concerned.
All promotional offers and bonuses available on the uw99 platform are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:
All bets and wagers placed on the uw99 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game, market, or event as published on the platform at the time of placing the wager. Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and all other covered competitions — are governed by the specific market rules detailed in the sportsbook section of the platform. It is the Member's responsibility to familiarise themselves with these rules prior to placing any wager.
A bet is only confirmed once it has been accepted by the uw99 system and a confirmation receipt has been issued. Bets that have not received confirmed acceptance — whether due to connectivity issues, platform latency, or other technical reasons — are not valid and will not result in a payout. UW99 is not liable for bets that fail to register due to factors outside its reasonable control.
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, malfunctioning game mechanics, or system errors that materially affect the outcome of a wager — UW99 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake. UW99 is not obligated to honour winnings that arose as a direct result of a manifest error, regardless of whether the error was identified before or after the payout was processed.
For live casino games, UW99 maintains a disconnection policy whereby an interrupted connection during an active game round will be resolved in accordance with the specific game provider's rules. In most cases, wagers already placed before disconnection will stand, and the outcome will be determined by the game result upon reconnection. UW99 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the Member's end.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uw99 platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the uw99 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of UW99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform, its content, or its services without UW99's express prior written consent.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit regarding the platform may be used by UW99 without restriction and without compensation to you.
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, UW99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.
UW99's total aggregate liability to any Member for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
UW99 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information on the platform.
UW99 is committed to fostering a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Members. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic. Members who engage with responsible gambling tools in good faith will not be penalised, and their Real Fund balances will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal terms applicable at the time of the self-exclusion request.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Members have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by UW99, subject to our legal retention obligations. Such requests should be directed to our support team at the contact details provided in Section 15.
UW99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Where any amendment materially affects Members' rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable advance notice via the platform interface or by email to the registered address on file.
Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in payment methods or supported currencies — may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the uw99 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with the procedure described in Section 4.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which UW99 holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, we encourage Members to contact our customer support team in the first instance. UW99 is committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly through our internal complaints procedure.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal procedure within a reasonable period, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration body designated by the licensing authority, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the Member's country of residence.
